BY MAIL Cheque payments may be mailed to the TeleCayman Office at: TeleCayman PO Box 704, KY1-1107 George Town Grand Cayman CAYMAN ISLANDS *Payments must be mailed at least 5 days before the due date.
INTERNET ONLINE BANKING Payments are also accepted through Internet Banking at Butterfield Bank and Cayman National Bank. You will need to place your account number in the reference type field when making online payments. For instructions on how to set up online banking at Butterfield, please click on links below:

AUTOMATIC DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD PAYMENT You can sign up for automatic debit or credit card payment at the TeleCayman Office. Contact one of our Customer Service Representatives for more information.
PAYMENTS AT LOCAL BANKS Payments can be made over-the-counter at any of the Cayman National Bank branches conveniently located at the following locations:
Elgin Avenue, George Town Edward Street, George Town Camana Bay, West Bay Rd Buckingham Square, West Bay Rd Centennial Tower, West Bay Countryside, Savannah
*You will need to provide your TeleCayman account number to the bank teller when making payment. You can find this information on your monthly invoice.
IN PERSON Cheque, Debit or Credit card payments (but not cash) can be made at the TeleCayman Office during the following hours: (Monday to Friday) 9am - 4pm
*We no longer accept cash payments at our main office but you can pay instead at conveniently located branches of the Cayman National Bank.
